Day 1: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Agdz (220 km)
Ouarzazate is the starting point of your 5 Days KTM Morocco Desert Tour; meet your guide from Desert Ouzina Quads and get to know your KTM bike. Following a short orientation and safety drill, you will set off for Ait Benhaddou, a kasbah-filled UNESCO World Heritage site. Embark on a leisurely trip in the picturesque Draa Valley, where you’ll encounter a blend of off-road and picturesque roads. You’ll glide by verdant slopes and charming Berber communities. Your exciting day of riding will end in Agdz, where you’ll spend the night in a guesthouse and have a typical Moroccan meal while stargazing. Today, we covered a total of 220 km.
Day 2: Agdz – Zagora – M’hamid – Erg Chigaga (190 km)
On the second day of your tour, we leave for will Erg Chigaga Dunes, passing through Zagora a town well-known for its close proximity to the Sahara Desert. The trip will take us across isolated desert paths providing a real adventure. We will pass the Sahara Desert and head for the amazing Erg Chigaga dunes as we keep heading M’hamid. Riding across the shifting sands, these enormous, soaring sand dunes provide an amazing experience and are among the highlights of the trip. Spending the night in a desert tent, you will discover the magic of the desert, have a traditional Berber dinner, and sleep beneath the stars.
Day 3: Erg Chigaga – Lake Iriki – Foum Zguid – Tata (250 km)
Today after a typical breakfast in your accommodation, we bike across the large Erg Chigaga dunes following an early desert sunrise before approaching the dry lakebed of Lake Iriki. For some high-speed KTM riding, the lakebed presents an ideal location since we negotiate open areas with quick desert tracks. Eventually we will arrive in Foum Zguid after traversing isolated desert areas, rocky paths, and challenging portions. Here we will pause to replenish and unwind before heading toward Tata, where you will spend the night at a nearby guesthouse.
Day 4: Tata – Tazenakht – Ouarzazate (230 km)
New day new adventure is the title of today! after a nice breakfast the tour leads us to Tazenakht, renowned for its Berber carpets, Thereafter, continue to the Anti-Atlas Mountains Navigating rocky courses, switchback roads, and twisting mountain routes, the trip across this tough terrain is a real test of our off-road riding ability. The High Atlas presents really breathtaking vistas with towering mountains all around. Next, we will arrive at Ouarzazate, where you will unwind at a nearby guesthouse or hotel and eat a well-earned meal.
Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Return (120 km)
You will have a picturesque journey back via the Draa Valley on the last day of the trip, passing past Ait Benhaddou one last time. The trip will let you enjoy the beauty of the area by passing easy off-road areas and pleasant roadways. Returning to Ouarzazate will allow you time to consider the amazing journey you recently finished. Celebrating the lifelong memories and exhilarating riding you have gone through over the previous five days, the tour finishes with a farewell drink.

Riders must have a current motorbike license and off-road expertise before to starting our 5 Day KTM Desert Tour Ouarzazate. Fuel, Yamaha motorcycles, mechanical support, lodging, meals (breakfast and dinner), and a 4×4 support car make up the journey. Always include basic riding gear including a helmet, gloves, jacket, knee protection, and strong boots. Along with sunscreen, sunglasses, a compact bag, comfortable, light-weight clothes for the day and warm layers for desert evenings are absolutely essential. Though winter (Nov-Feb) brings cold desert evenings, summer (June-Aug) may be rather scorching.
